Give them the story of their family

Their ancestors found in the French registers, one record at a time: each record as an image, read, transcribed and translated into English, with the family tree table. A gift no store sells.
For the holidays. The gift card goes under the tree, and the research starts whenever the recipient writes to us. If you want to give the result itself (records and ancestry) on December 24, place the request yourself before November 15.

How it works

  1. You choose and pay. The gift code appears at once, with a card to print.
  2. You give it. As a printed card, as the raised card sent by post, or simply the code in a message.
  3. The recipient writes to us. They scan the QR code and describe their starting point: a name, a town, a record they already have.
  4. We search and read. Every record found is delivered as an image with its archive reference, transcription and English translation.

Questions

How long is the gift card valid?
One year from purchase. The date is printed on the card.
What if the research is not possible?
Every request is read before work starts. If the registers needed were destroyed or cannot be consulted, the gift card stays valid for another search, or it is refunded.
What if the card is lost, or someone else uses the code?
The code is as good as payment, like a store gift card: do not post a photo of the card. Every use is recorded; write to [email protected] with your payment receipt and we will look into it and find a solution.
Can I change my mind?
Yes: as long as it has not been used, the gift card is refunded on request within fourteen days of purchase.
Their ancestors came from France, but they live in the US or Canada?
That is exactly what it is for. The card can be used from anywhere; the research covers all of France, Luxembourg, French-speaking Belgium and Rhineland-Palatinate, and every record is translated into English.
